Everybody has their & why should I not ??
This made be write the blog..I was thinking what I could write in the blog though of writing about the fight going on In Kannada Literary personalities about the responsibilities of the writer in using Historic Personolities' name. If a dramatist like Girish Kaarnad writes a drama about Tughalk, people will feel what he is written about Tughalk is the personality of Tughalk. Most of common people (inclsuing me ) will interpret it the same way. But Karnaad is claiming that what he wrote about Tughalk is not about actual Tughalk but just impressed by him & wanted to create a complex characherstics. Which is contested by many other literary people likw S L Bhairappa,Cidanadamurty,Sumathidra Naadig, S N Laxminarayana Bhat. Usually such controvecies will not be published in the news papers,but Vijaya Karnataka has dared put such a healty debate in Kannda Daily, which is really worth reading.
